Her very fancy resume includes a background in diplomacy(yes, the kind where people wear suits and say “multilateralism” a lot),a published book(from a big league university in the Netherlands),& 12 years as a certified leadership coach from I.P.E.C.

These days, she lives far from her Sonoran desert origins in Arizona.
If she’s not traveling, Tay lives in Portugal, near ocean cliffs and a castle…
